Abstract

Medical records at the Kramatmulya Public Health Center are still proceeding manually, such as recording medical records by writing in patient books is the old method used, Operational CRM is a view of CRM that focuses on automation projects, such as service automation, sales force automation, and marketing automation. Implementation of Operational CRM in the medical record system as an effort to improve services that include registration and registration of patients is done through the system, assigning patient serial numbers in the system, managing patient data, doctor data, medical record data, pharmaceutical data which includes drug management, and manufacturing patient data report, the application of this system is expected to process medical record data processing more quickly and facilitate the work of Puskesmas staff in carrying out their duties which can indirectly affect the quality of service to patients
