The presence of computer-based technology in various fields provides significant convenience. So that every activity related to the running of the business will be faster and more precise. OutVin Store is an online shop that sells all kinds of women's fashion, sales of which are still via the BBM application, so purchasing and sales are limited and data storage is still manual, requiring a website-based online shop and computerized data storage to be designed and created. Therefore, a computerized system is needed that can handle the sales and purchase process as well as data storage so that sales and purchases can cover a wider area and the data is safer. So the customer relationship management method is used, namely customer relationship management which organizes and looks for ways to satisfy consumers so that consumers are wider and applies it to websites which can make the buying and selling process wider. The system is designed using context diagrams, flowmaps, DFD level 0, DFD level 1 and ERD. This system manages goods data, buying and selling data and consumer data. In the system, CRM Analitycal is applied in order reports, reports on which fashions are purchased the most, reports on areas with the most transactions and reports on which consumers make the most transactions. The design results were implemented into the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This system can make it easier for consumers to shop for goods at the OutVin Store and make it easier for owners to store and process existing data
